We are looking more for a generalist in corporate reporting, preferably large company with SAP Description/Comment: To assist in the reporting of Client business units' financial results to the client Segment Reporting team.

The position exists because financial information is to be maintained in SAP and reported to the Segment to facilitate the dissemination of information to shareholders. Client is a collection of travel related excursion type businesses with unique accounting associated with travel & trip excursions. Responsibilities: Create, review, and post journal entries Reconcile balance sheet accounts Work with client UK and/or US Tax to safeguard the Consolidated Tax and Legal Structures Provide quarterly financial statement analysis to Segment Reporting Prepare ad hoc tax and/or financial analysis to Tax and Finance partners Complete Governmental Reporting forms for foreign entities Complete account reconciliation assignment process Organize and lead business units' MCS questionnaire processes Record revenue and expenses associated with trip termination using the Revenue Recognition system Work with Travel Operations and IT partners to research and resolve system issues within the Seaware Full Reservation system Work directly with PwC regarding UK Statutory filing for several entities Work directly with PwC regarding business units' portions of annual audit Complete special research projects as needed Education: BA/BS About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
