GovCIO is currently hiring for a Web Services Technician This position will be located in Fort Knox, KY and will be an on site position.

Web Service technicians perform some or all of the following duties:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade Web-server hardware and software
• Implement network traffic and security monitoring software, and optimize server performance.
• Control and monitor e-mail use, Web navigation, and installed software.

High School with 9+ years

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 yrs experience in Help Desk Operations with heavy emphasis in customer service
• Minimum 3 yrs experience in a role demonstratingknowledge of DODbenefits and personnel data processes
• Exceptional interpersonal, customer servive, problem solving
• Verbal and written communication skills, and conflict resolution skills
• Clearance Required: Secret
